The Infant & Nursery School Association (I.N.S.A.)

This association of voluntary parent helpers arranges a yearly programme of fundraising activities and provides tremendous support for the school. New members are always welcome to help with activities and events, even if it is ‘one-off’ help because of ongoing commitments, and any help is greatly appreciated. Its aims are:

To foster a close and friendly relationship between all who are interested in the welfare of the school;
To support and encourage the activities and interests of the school and promote the welfare of the pupils, principally by organising and running fund raising events;
To provide a link between the school and the community.

How funds raised enhance pupils’ personal development and enrichment

Previous events that have been organised by INSA include Mother’s Day and Father’s Day gift shops, the selling of Halloween cookies, Leaver’s disco, Christmas decorations and cards, personalised t-towels, Helen Rollason charity quiz and bingo night and of course, not forgetting the annual Easter Eggstravaganza and Summer Fete.

Funds have gone towards the purchase of a new interactive board for the school hall, reading shed and new buddy bench, Purple Mash, Sing-Up and Little Wandle subscriptions, Anti-bullying workshop, Black History Month workshop, Science workshop, Drumming workshop and breakfast basket snacks for vulnerable children.

Our next big project will involve refreshing and replacing some of the playground markings in the playground, continuing with our playground improvments.

Help raise funds for classroom enrichment and wellbeing initiatives for our pupils. All proceeds will go directly towards enhancing the children’s experience at the school. Easyfundraising partners with over 8,000 retailers who will donate part of what you spend to a cause of your choice. It won’t cost you any extra. The cost is covered by the retailer.

Reduce your child’s lost property and raise funds for the school. If you are looking for labels for your children’s uniform then look no further. My Nametags donate up to 24% of your order amount to the school! Our school ID is 50689. These labels are great, no ironing or sewing needed, just simply stick on.

Welcome to Hatfield Peverel Infant & Nursery School lottery.

This lottery has been set up specifically to raise money and make a difference for our children! It’s a fantastic way to bring Parents, Carers, Teachers and the wider community together, in partnership with our school, and at the same time give something back. We hope to raise funds that can support and enrich the education of our children – we aim to provide extra resources for the children, improve the school environment as well as run extra curricular activities such as music, art and sport.

The school get 40p for every £1 spent!
