Wow! Organised by our School Council, our first Careers Week was a huge success. School Council invited parents/carers into school to talk to the children about the special jobs that they do. We had a number of visitors including a dental nurse, someone who designs skyscrapers,  construction workers, someone who helps a charity to raise money, and someone who buys clothes for a famous shop! We also had a ‘dress up as a job day’ which the children loved. We saw nurses, vets, teachers, construction workers, policemen and even footballers! Miss Springall was our ‘job man’ for the day wearing her tool bag and wearing her hard hat all day!

Reception children enjoyed a visit from Little City too which enabled the children to be whatever they wanted to be for an hour! The children enjoyed being hairdressers, beauticians, construction workers, vets, policemen and a lot more!
